Vitamin C is a wonderful antioxidant, which has the ability to repair
damage caused by oxidation. There are many enzymes in the body that can break
down the harmful free radicals produced by oxidation.
Although the body's ability to destroy free radicals is limited by the
presence of oxygen, there are some excellent antioxidants that will help
protect against the oxidative damage that has been created. Vitamin C is one of
them.
Vitamin C is found in many foods, including oranges, tomatoes, fresh
vegetables, watermelon, as well as some other foodstuffs. Its benefit is more
to prevent the formation of free radicals than it is to destroy them. Vitamin C
is also necessary for the immune system and for red blood cell production.
Mesothelioma patients may have been exposed to high levels of iron in the
body. The body manufactures enough iron to protect itself, but when it becomes
too low in the increased consumption of iron from the intake of vitamin C can
help out. This is also an effective way to cure mesothelioma.
Vitamin C can be found in the foods we eat, but what about its effect on
the cancer cells? It appears that the cancer cells are attracted to the
vitamin. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition
concluded that patients who were treated with vitamin C experienced fewer
tumors than those who received a placebo.
The concept is simple, if you want to avoid getting the disease, you need
to eat a healthy diet full of vitamin C. Make sure you also include vitamin C
rich foods in your daily routine. This does not mean that the fruits and
vegetables you consume should be orange, they just need to contain the right
amounts of vitamin C.
The good news is that vitamin C is known to be able to penetrate the skin
and tissues and actually heal the damage done by oxidation. Vitamin C is also
able to make the body stronger and more resistant to the effects of oxidation.
This is why I believe that Vitamin C will play a vital role in mesothelioma
treatment. Whether or not mesothelioma patients have high iron levels, a low
vitamin C level or a combination of both, they can still benefit from Vitamin
C. The next time you go to the store to buy a couple of oranges, or a couple of
pomegranates and put them in the freezer.
Drink a glass of orange juice and tell me how many cells you have. How
about a glass of pomegranate juice? If your answer is zero then you really need
to pay attention.
As you drink your Vitamin C you will notice that it will improve the quality
of your skin. You will feel lighter and more confident. In addition, any
lesions on your skin will start to fade as well.
Since I am a believer in natural ways to heal my body, I decided to apply
my findings on a daily basis. I did my research on the subject and discovered
that oranges, bananas, papaya, and strawberries were the best sources of
Vitamin C. I also learned that these foods had a high antioxidant content and a
lot of other vitamins and minerals as well.
In my opinion, this was a very important discovery because if you have high
iron levels, high copper levels, and high copper levels in your system you can
still benefit from the properties of Vitamin C. Also, I discovered that
drinking lots of citrus fruits can improve your health and you will not have to
take any sort of medication to cure mesothelioma. I can now say that I live
life healthy! Isn't that worthit?
